Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Stock and replenish coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods.
Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on coffee trends and techniques.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
