Assist the Restaurant Manager to plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet to ensure the outlet provides quality food and beverage service that is consistent with Osh Del Mar’s SOP and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line budgeted and forecasted projections. Conducts market survey for competition ensuring that the restaurant is up in the market.
The outlet manager is highly committed to customer’s needs, staff necessities and care of the establishment.
Responsible for the restaurant and its organization according to Osh Del Mar policy and the operational targets.
Sets a personal example for the conduct and behaviour for an open-eyed, respected and effective management of the restaurant.
Co-ordinates and controls all activities in the restaurant.
Reports all information pertaining to the operation to the F&B management team.
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the superiors.
To recruit, train and motivate employees.

Qualifications:

Essential:

Restaurant School Degree or diploma or equivalent.
Detailed Food & beverage knowledge within a Quality Luxury Brand.
· International hospitality exposure.

Excellent presentation and social etiquette.
Strong leadership and a good motivator.
High sense of responsibility.
Self-motivated, high achiever.
Enjoys being held accountable.
Committed and passionate about F&B.
Ability to build strong client relationships.
Dynamic, energetic and creative individual.
Strong Knowledge of Implementing Brand standards.
2 years min. in a similar role in a 5 * international environment.
Modern bar/ Restaurant experience.
A total of 4-5 years Food and Beverage experience.
P&L financial awareness.
Focus on new worldwide market trends.
Creates bench marketable products/standards.
Experience in managing food costs and inventory control.
