Assistant Professor-English - Dubai
Candidates should demonstrate expertise in the practice of teaching English language while also being able to engage with students potentially across and through a range of disciplinary boundaries. The Associate/Assistant Professor will be expected to teach undergraduate courses. The teaching load will be 12 - 15 credit hours per week. The faculty member will hold regular office hours, and participate in extracurricular and administrative activities on a regular basis e.g., critiques, review panels, thesis supervision, independent study, advising, committees, etc.. Faculty members will also be placed in rotating leadership roles that may include chairing committees and task forces.
