Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager - Dubai
Examining financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal controls.
· Make best-practices recommendations to management, suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance
revenues and improve profits.
· Administer accounts payable and receivable.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly Financial reports
· Maintain bank reconciliation statements.
· Responsible in Bank Guarantees and Bank Correspondence.
· Responsible for petty cash.
· Preparing Cheques and Vouchers.
· Responsible for subcontractors payment.
· Maintaining Labour Camp accounts.
· Maintaining Utility bills.
· Coordinating with projects / sites
· Maintain Fixed Assets Management.
· Responsible for Payroll (Salaries / Wages).
· Terms and Conditions of payments should be managed to support smooth cash flow of the company.
· Proactively interact with Operations and all other departments to understand data needs/requests.
· Other duties as assigned by Managing Director.
