As part of the business development team, responsibilities would involve the following:
• To acquire new business, championing our services and competitive offerings
• Grow and manage existing client relationships
• Develop and follow-up on new business opportunities
• To be aware and constantly up to date with market trends and competitors
• To participate and represent the company at important aviation events
• Maintain up to date information on our CRM with efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate with the management team to increase awareness on client needs and requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
To be qualified for this great opportunity, we would need you to have:
• A degree in aviation or from a respected university or equivalent
• 5 or more years in sales or marketing
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written
• A second language (French / Spanish / Mandarin)
• Great business acumen with an analytical business sense
• Driven and passionate about growing the business and expanding our market footholds
• Innovative and resourceful in penetrating markets and prospected clients
• Well versed and emphatic communicator who is a talented negotiator and elegantly persuasive
• Thrives in a highly competitive and fast moving environment
