Assistant Accountant Required in Dubai - Dubai
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Master Agency team. You will assist in managing financial transactions, ensuring FTA compliance, and supporting various financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Administration: Assist with managing and distributing funds for exclusive projects via the DLD portal's Trust Account System (TAS).
Transaction Management: Support oversight of TAS inflows and cash deposits; help with reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensure strict adherence to Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations for invoices and maintain accurate records in Odoo.
Communication & Coordination: Aid in managing escrow balances and fund allocations; verify payment modes and eligibility for contracts.
Commission Verification: Assist in processing and verifying broker commissions.
Financial Reporting: Prepare fund position reports and provide Statements of Account.
Customer Support: Help with customer collections and verify client receipts.
Process Improvement: Support onboarding and suggest workflow enhancements.
Audit Collaboration: Assist with internal and RERA audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate or property management.
Familiarity with Odoo ERP and financial software.
Strong understanding of FTA compliance and regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
