Responsibilities

As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Arabic-speaking clientele. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a commitment to ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Take orders and relay them to the kitchen staff accurately.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Set and clear tables and assist with cleaning duties as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Work as per duty schedule and shift
Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures.
Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting your colleagues.
Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

You must have minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waitress.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette.
