Responsibilities

Teaching allocated classes along with related planning
Assessing, monitoring, recording and reporting on the work of students
Providing advice and guidance to students on issues related to their education
challenging and inspiring pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding
Assess and record progress and prepare pupils for examinations
Promoting and safeguarding the general wellbeing and safety of students
Develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude
Collaborating with parents and other staff towards achieving the best interest of the students
Engaging in continuing professional development
Engaging in developing the school curriculum

Requirements

BA degree in Arabic
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
Strong communication skills
Experience in an Elementary School Environment
Must be fluent in both Arabic and English
Available for a short term, maternity cover, assignment from Mid August - End of September
