Arabic Receptionist/Secretary required for a Group of company. - Dubai

• We are looking for hardworking and qualified Arabic speaking secretary for the Group of Company.
• Candidate must be organized, presentable, and flexible with working hours and having relevant experience previously with any reputed organization in Secretarial role that reports to Board members / Higher Management.
• Candidate should speak fluent Arabic and English. Prepares and translate a wide range of management reports, documents/contracts, and correspondence in English/Arabic/English.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors respectfully, Mainly respecting top managements instruction
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately
• Efficient in handling business correspondence
• Excellent in dealing with clients and customers
• Must be presentable with smart skills
• Must be proactive, organized and can work with minimal supervision
• Must be wearing Abaya and covering Hijab
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Professionally Handling Telephone Board line, Faxing, Emails & providing optimum support to the management. Answer telephones in an appropriate manner
Education: College Graduate
Experience: Management and Administration, Minimum 3years in the same capacity
