Job Description:

Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
Execute recipes to the highest standards
Prepare dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation within their specific section of the kitchen
Manage inventory levels for their section of the kitchen
Train and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in Arabic cuisine preferrably with a 5 star hotel or central kitchen background
HACCP knowledge
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
