Good Morning!!!
I'm a Commerce graduate, and I'm looking for openings in Admin &Operations;. I believe I am suitable for the vacancy in view of my work experience, knowledge and long term aspirations within administration & operations.
Please allow me to explain briefly the contributions I would make to your company. For the last few years I have been working in a Administrative role at FedEx Kinko's & Operation Officer with a Event Management Company & Operations Manager for a transportation company in Dubai. At the moment I'm working as a Branch Manager in multinational company in Emirates Towers.
Where my duties included:
· Branch coordination.
· Reporting directly to the GM.
· Booking & reservations for the GM.
· Coordinating & controlling our branches in Riyadh, Jeddah, Egypt etc from Dubai.
· Renewal of contracts.
· Oversee staff, and manage the entire operation to achieve objectives for the business.
· Hiring of new employees.
· Renewing passports & issuing ERE for employees.
· Preparing contracts with corporate companies, travel management companies & Govt. agencies.
· Signing contracts with corporate companies.
· Verifying accounts with the accounts department.
· Handle supplies & inventory.
· Prepare budget for the company.
· Prepare work schedules for the sales team & regular follow up with PRO’s & other departments.
· Assure quality check of purchase materials.
· Be committed for great quality customer service.
· Keep regular meetings with the GM’s & Operation Managers of corporate companies.
· Clearing RTA & Ministry of Labour issues.
· Renewing fleet Mulkiya’s (Vehicle Permits).
· Prepare weekly branch reports.
· Verifying LPO’s, quotations and invoices.
· Dealing with vendors. (Flight Charters, Yacht Charters & Super Luxury Cars).
· Dealing with customer queries.
· Coordinated delivery plans for successful and timely implementation as per the time span given by the customer.
At the moment I work in Dubai and do have a valid U.A.E driving license(Automatic).
My achievement range from setting up effective administrative systems to team leading and complete office management. In short I believe I will bring efficiency, reliability and accuracy to your office procedures. At present I withdraw a salary of Aed 11500 including all the benefits as per MOL.Salary negotiable.
Relocating is not a problem at all, & looking forward to join in before 5th February 2015.
