APPLICATION SYSTEM ANALYST REQUIRED IN DUBAI
We are looking for a system analyst for our company with focus on system design and client implementations.
In this position, you will work closely with in-house and offshore technical teams as well interact with external customers.
Key Accountabilities –
1. End to end analysis and functional testing of the Eleed ERP software.
2. Create and Review technical designs, plan and create test plans as per designs, maintain issues in JIRA.
3. Prepare detailed flow charts and business use cases to assist clients in user acceptance testing.
4. Become subject matter expert on eLeed ERP modules, conduct external as well as in-house trainings and client demonstration.
5. Troubleshoot issues raised by ERP end-users like functional issues, data issues, navigation issues and assist in solving them via analyses or technical fixes.
6. Communicate with other analysts and development team to ensure smooth technical implementations and issue resolution.
7. Review and create user manual documentations to describe eLeed ERP software.
Experience and Qualifications -
1. Prior experience working on ERP or accounting systems
2. Must have good knowledge of creating test plans and conducting quality assurance on software systems
3. Desired software competency - .NET and SQL
4. Must be able to work effectively with JIRA, agile methodologies, google drives, MS Excel and word documentation.
5. Organized and detail oriented, Customer service oriented, Ability to manage multiple priorities
6. Minimum qualification - Bachelors/Engineering degree in computers/IT
7. ISTQB certification preferred.
Joining Time Frame – Immediate preferred or upto One Month.

Monthly Salary:6,000 - 7,999 AED
