Admin./Procurement/Document/ PMO/Site/Data Coordinator seeks Job. - Dubai

Individual seeking job with (B.com) above 18 years’ experience in Project Management Office, Administration, Procurement, Executive Secretarial, Document Control, Site Coordination and Data Encoding Worked with Saudi Oger Ltd., Riyadh & Jeddah, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (India)., Currently working with Contracting Company in UAE-Dubai. Key skills are:
• Administrative Coordinator: Preparation of Daily activity report, weekly report, fortnightly report, monthly report of the project. Draft various letters related to project. Supervising all related documents, submittals and shop drawings etc . Coordinating from inquiries to finalizing quotations by making price comparisons for higher management and getting approved finally making job orders. Dealing with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultant for the project issues and solving them by delivering proper info to project manager or project engineer. Follow up with procurement section/end supplier for material requirements of the project. Responsible for data management and various general reports of the project. Complete involvement in executing the duties of administration and secretarial department.
• Project Management Office: Project management like creation of new projects (won) after gathering necessary information from Project managers. Employee allocations, budget, revenue and purchase order contract management under project resource management module, project accounting module and contract management respectively (Oracle apps.) Generally final approvals and billing/invoicing based upon actual, raising for the end clients and other duties of PMO.
• Purchasing Coordinator: Advises subordinates for appropriate choices of standard items to be purchased for offices and sites. Preparing price comparison for different quotations to negotiate with the suppliers. Selecting vendors, placing orders, and may arrange for Job Orders. Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates. Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters. Maintains files of descriptions of available supplies. May inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications. Performs related job duties as required.
• Document Control: Responsible for tracking and monitoring the distribution, submittal and reconciliation process of engineering documents. Logging in the incoming and outgoing correspondence hard copies and digital copies which can be stored, retrieved & archived efficiently, Accurate and reliable information is readily available whenever required.
