Home Comfort Group, a leading provider of home comfort solutions, is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company by ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing vital support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as requested.
Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings.
Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and managing timekeeping systems.
Assist in procuring office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.

Salary:

Candidates with one more year of experience in the same field, the salary range will be between AED 3,000 – AED 4000
