Job Details
We are a consulting firm located in Sharjah since 1999. We offer various types of company setup, investment and visa services to expatriates ( migration to Europe, Canada, USA etc. )
Duties involve :
Handle reception, take phone calls, pass on to consultant.
Assist the consultants with documentation, form filling, file maintenance
Customer follow up on various documents and payments
Organize customer file as per check list.
Provide information about various programs and services offered by the company.

Requirements
Must be on Husband / Father sponsorship Fluency in spoken, written, reading & understanding English is a must. Attention to detail while reading and filling forms is involved. Good telephone skills with polite nature and patience. Previous work experience in a travel agency or visa services will help.
