Accounts Receivable Officer - Abu Dhabi

Purpose of the Role
The responsibility of Account Receivable Collections Officer is to follow up and ensure timely collection of all undisputed overdue receivables

Key Tasks
• Payment preparation
o Review all account receivables on a monthly basis
o Highlight any receivables that are overdue or likely to become overdue within two weeks
• Payment follow up
o Issue payment reminders to customers through email, phone or letter for all overdue receivables and receivables that are to become overdue within two weeks
o Resolve customer queries, including collating and forwarding supporting documentation to customers
o Follow up on outstanding actions with customers
o Ensure collection of payments from customers
o Assign any disputed invoice to the relevant salesman
o Follow up on salesmen to ensure appropriate action
• Maintaining records
o Maintain record of all communication with customers
o Maintain record of communication by sales reps for disputed invoices
o Maintain status of all invoices including any disputed invoices
Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Good written and communication skills in Arabic and English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
