About your role
3+ years of relevant experience with strong domain knowledge and a solid foundation of accounting & financial procedures with a focus on the training aspect for the same. Experience with cloud accounting software is mandatory
Having prior experience working with UAE clients and having a good understanding of processes and UAE compliance requirements are a must
Engages with clients to understand the requirements, set expectations, address concerns, and discuss them.
Proactively escalate issues to the client and suggest action plans to get these resolved.
Liaise with the tech team to improve customer offerings
Strengthen customer relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or another related field.
Certifications in any of the qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA) is a must.
Work experience of 3+ years is required.
Experience with popular cloud-based Accounting software is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
