ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT REQUIRED IN DUBAI - Dubai

We are an agricultural commodity trading firm based in JLT, Dubai looking for an accounting assistant + executive assistant + trade assistant.

The candidate should:
- Have at least 3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Be familiar with the accounting rules of the UAE as well as VAT procedures
- Be familiar with trade documentation: Bills of Lading, Letter of Credits
- Flexible with handling an array of tasks

The candidate is expected to:

- Assist our Accounting manager with book keeping and preparing of accounts
- Manage the firms PRO requirements
- Help our directors with: scheduling, flight bookings, filing, research, documentation etc
- Serve guests water, tea, coffee
- Assist with marketing of our commodities
- Assist our operations team by handing documentation

Our monthly budget is AED 5,000 - 7,000 depending on experience and qualifications + insurance
