I am bachelor degree holder(b.com), I have 5 years experience in Accounting and procurement department in UAE and have 3 years experience in ware house in-charge. Now currently looking for a job in reputed company for future development.
Skills:-
? Receipting of cash and debtors collections by reference to the cash book and debtors ledger to ensure the receivables are accurately reflected in the financial statement.
? Verify monthly financial performance statements
? Ensure accuracy of information contained in financial reports & their compliance with statutory requirements.
? Monitor the whole range of Accounts Payable, Receivable.
? Payroll and Management Reports.
? Control petty cash; prepare render accounts of individuals & departments.
? Manage the Invoice generation Operation & Credit Control.
? Ensure reconciliation of all sub ledgers & general ledger is performed on regular basis.
? Ensure General Ledger entries are accurate and are in line with Company Procedures & International Accounting Standards.
? Check Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements of all bank accounts maintained; resolve any differences in a timely manner.
? Updating Prepayments
? Monthly Staff Cost Calculations(payroll, provision for leave salary, gratuity, & provisions to pension fund)
? Prepare Payment voucher, Journal voucher, credit voucher, debit voucher
? Monthly preparation of reconciliation statements (inter Branch, bank rec, debtors and creditors)
? Application of creditor’s settlements in the payables ledger by selecting the dues as per references given on the statements received from leisure suppliers, to reflect the payables in the financial statements.
? Through comparing various price quotations ensuring best price and quality.
? Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance.
? Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
? Projecting stock levels
? Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company.
? Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices.
? Involved in writing up contracts and the terms of sales.
