Setting up sales, purchase and nominal Ledgers and keep up to date these ledgers as required using Software and Excel Spread Sheets

Raising Sales invoices, credit notes, customer’s monthly statements and allocation of sales receipts against customer’s accounts on Software and excel spread sheets

Processing purchase invoices, supplier’s statements reconciliation, dealing with suppliers invoice queries & purchase orders using Software and Excel spread sheet

Preparation of monthly and quarterly journals, (prepayment, accruals, fixed assets.

To ensure that all bank transactions are accurately and timely processed into the accounting system
To prepare Parties Reconciliation with party ledger on weekly basis
To process payroll activity regarding plant and Head office
To prepare Bank reconciliation statement every month.
