Accountant Required in Dubai

As a Real Estate Accountant specializing in Property Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial aspects of our property management operations. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate financial records, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording and allocation of financial transactions related to property management.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, monitor accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile general ledgers.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, including tax filings, VAT submissions, and other financial reporting obligations specific to the real estate industry.
Tenants ledgers reconciliation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Understanding of Real Estate Procedures in RERA
Fluency in Property Management Software’s
Real Estate Property Management Experience of UAE
Salary Range AED 6,000/ - AED 7,000/- Per month
