Accountant Required in Dubai -
Banke International Properties is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
NOTE: We are specifically seeking an experienced accountant with a background in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate financial records for Banke International Properties in accordance with local laws and regulations
· Prepare and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide insights and analysis to the management team
· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments, monitoring receivables, and reconciling vendor statements
· Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection of rental and sales commissions
· Manage the company's petty cash and expense reimbursement process
· Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
· Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to accounting and financial reporting
· Liaise with external auditors and assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
· CPA or CA certification preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, mandatory in the real estate industry
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local laws and regulations
· Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
