Accountant Required in Dubai

4+ years of professional accounting experience in UAE.
Must have work experience with Quickbooks.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business attested from UAE embassy.
Excellent Ms Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added bonus).
Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

Perform accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries (e.g., accrued, recurring), payroll, weekly reports, general ledger, and month-end close.
Daily transaction closure including proactively alerting and communication to mitigate any risks to the revenue cycle process.
Handling all Corporate Tax, VAT & custom related activities. Prepare and file tax reports.
Prepare account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Reconcile all bank and investment statements monthly.
Maintain employee gratuity, leave, cash advance records.
Prepare monthly financial statements for management review and approval.
Attend to external auditors, including preparing all required information and providing assistance to auditors as required for successful completion of audits
