Looking for an experienced Accountant (+5 years) who can commit to our current workload maximum (4) working days a month on hybrid bases.

Efficient management of finance, and providing clear insights that drive business.

: Organized accounts and books, accuracy, Follow-up.

: 90% timely collection of inflows, 70% achievement of financial goals sat, and monthly financial reports that really support business. | Timely Biweekly financial reports that really support business.

Manage Financial Outflows

Receive invoices and receipts for the month
Ensure to update forecasted outflows (budget)
Manage Financial Inflows

Receive sales reports from retail partners, and follow up with those who didn't promptly share
Issue invoices and reflect in the inflow/sales sheet
Follow up on payment collections
Issue receipt voucher for payments received
Business wellbeing

Set financial goals (monthly \ yearly) and push the team to enhance business performance
Prepare a financial status for the month and
to share inventory with Retailers and Inventory Sold by product. (sales report)
Set rules and efficient spending
