Accountant Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

Compile and analyze financial statements
Manage budgeting and forecasting
Prepare tax documents if necessary
Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts and to ensure data accuracy.
Following up bank accounts and cash on hand for daily transaction.
Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
Prepare financial month end report and statement.
Prepare monthly budget forecast.
Complete reconciliation of the various company bank accounts in timely manner throughout the month and month end.
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Preparing and maintaining important financial statement report.
Managing ongoing business expenses such as Salary ,Utility ,Rent ,etc.
Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance of the VAT regulations.
Audit financial transactions and documents.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Report in the company's financial health and liquidity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
