Accountant Required in Dubai

We are looking for an Accountant to execute all financial transactions - verifying invoices, processing payments, performing account reconciliations, bank statements reconciliations and calculating tax payments and returns.

Responsibilities

Manager petty cash
Verify supplier accounts, pay suppliers, monitor and reconcile invoice or payment discrepancies
Manage all accounting transactions
Allocate expenses and revenue to correct accounts and cost centers
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fluency in Intuit QuickBooks
