Aris Flowers is a successful Florist and Event Decoration Company supporting clients in all over UAE from a network of offices throughout 2 Emirats. The company is fast growing, highly successful, has doubled in size over the last 8 years, and has plans for continued expansion.
All over GCC
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing reports, entering financial transactions into databases
• Compile & record and reconcile the balance with operations
• Perform daily accounting tasks that will support the stakeholders
• Account follow-up of the divisions
• Support the coordination of the monthly closing related to P&L and Balance Sheet
• Assist the finance team in the closing process
• Performing reconciliations intercompany, track differences, and coordinate so that it’s sorted out
• Payment accounting and preparation
• Documents filing, mostly e-filing
• Proactive in supporting the stakeholders in running smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
• Other project support as per manager request
The Candidate:
• 1 to 2 years experience in Accounting/Audit or any other finance position
• An Accounting or finance Qualification, Or Related Experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently in English and with credibility at all levels, both written and verbally written.
• Driven, proactive and hands-on
• Knowledge of working within a fast-paced & pressurized environment
• Attention to detail and good at figures
• Good Knowledge of Excel, Quick Book, Zoho, Tally. Advance Excel skills would be an advantage
