Responsibilities

Updating of Bank Monitoring File
Updating of Invoice/Collection File.
Updating of Daily Bank Report
Updating of Receivables Aging Report
Cash flow report meeting
A/R Tax Invoice preparation (Client)
Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee Application/Security Cheque preparation
A/P Invoice booking (Supplier)
Cheque preparation (BPV)
A/R payment booking (BRV)
Petty Cash Reconciliation/Monitoring
Bank Reconciliation
Inter-company Reconciliation
Journal Voucher/Entry booking & Adjustments
Profit & Loss Report Generation
Salary Calculation & Preparation
E-mail/Call Inquiries
Fund Transfer Form Preparation
Supplier Ledger payable update
Stock Inventory Checking

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (SAP, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
