Accountant Required in Dubai -

Looking to hire an Accountant with 4-5 years of real estate/property developer experience. The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

- Daily accounting operation and finalization of accounts and audit

- Making a proper system for accounting for safeguarding timely deposit of PDC and cash collection.

- Ensuring timely collection of rental income receivable and making proper reconciliation with accounts.

- Preparing Statements of Accounts and calculations related to rentals and deposits.

- Coordinate a proper reporting system for all sales and leasing achieved and to - ensure that frequent and accurate reports are given to management.

- Ensure that all bills and other miscellaneous payments are paid on time.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

- Bachelors/Diploma in accounts or commerce

- Real estate experience is mandatory

- Accounts receivables experience is mandatory

- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures

- Familiarity with financial accounting statements

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
