Job Description:
• Prepare quarterly and annual audit and tax requests.
• Document and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Process transaction activity for Tourism Excursions
• Prepare financial statement disclosures related to commercial real estate assets.
• Compile support documentation for monthly financial information
• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare yield analyses for investments and related debt.
Job Skills:
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Financial services and loan accounting experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software packages
• Communication and interpersonal skills, high energy team player
• graduate degree in Accounting with experiences in Tally software and CRM Software
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
