Accountant Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client accountants located across various offices in the Middle East.

Ensure efficient resource allocation, task management, and performance tracking for the regional team.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team to improve quality of service, efficiency and profitability

Development and ownership of internal budgeting for relevant team resources

Skills:

Applicants must be a qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA)

Minimum 8 years' experience working in a similar function, preferably in the GCC/MEA region, with at least 3 years in a managerial post

Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards

Proven track record of managing large portfolios of commercial and/or residential properties.
