Job Title: E-commerce FMCG Accountant (ERP Specialist)
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the company’s financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
4. Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning and decision-making.
6. Utilize the ERP system to record and track financial data, optimize processes, and generate reports.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis and reporting.
8. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings as needed.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the ERP system.
10. Train and support team members on using the ERP system and maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the e-commerce or FMCG industry.
3. Proficiency in using ERP systems, with specific experience in financial modules.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
10. Knowledge of e-commerce operations and FMCG industry dynamics is preferred.
