ACCOUNTANT REQUIRE IN DUBAI
We are looking for an experienced Senior accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate must have experience in Real Estate.
Responsibilities:
1- Oversee the posting and maintenance of general ledger accounts, payroll transactions, accounts payable and general ledger adjustments.
2- Provide financial analysis statements including monthly balance sheets, income statements, cash flows statements, and actual to budget and last year variance analysis.
3- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting.
4- Manage the daily activities of the accounting department.
5- Collect and provide information for audit inquiries and give assistance to auditors.
6- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
7- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
8- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
9- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
10- Provide technical support and advice on Management
11- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
12- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
13- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
14- Provide input into department’s goal setting process
15- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
16- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
17- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
18- Support month-end and year-end close process
19- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
20- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
