I am a B.com graduate, having 5 years experience in Accounting field.I have good experience in Tally ERP 9 and MS office etc.I am looking for an Accountant job .

 Manage all accounts of Cee Jee Lubricants and sister concern Shine Star Lubricants as a position of Accountant.
 Ensuring all billing and collections are completed timely and accurately.
 Generating the outstanding statement of suppliers and customers.
 Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable through periodic review and constant follow-up.
 Analyzing variances in monthly costing reports.
 Bank Reconciliation& Fund management.
 Preparation of production logs and verification of departmental stock transfers.
 Monthly physical verification of Stocks.
 Verification of monthly payroll for over 300 employees.
 Preparation and filing of monthly Statutory Returns.
 Preparation of monthly reports like Profit & Loss A/c and Balance sheet,Fund Flow Statement, Salary Statement, Production Logs, and Stock Movement Analysis etc.
 Forecasting Planning and Budgeting.
 Attended sale tax hearing and follow up cases.
 Consulting auditors and other professionals.
 Financial audit preparation and coordinate with Auditors for finalization of Accounts.
