Desired Candidate Profile : Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function supervise company nonprofits finance staffs Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting for company nonprofits board of directors oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements. 1. Answers inquiries and provides data for auditors, local, state, or agencies. 4. Prepares and maintains mandated documents as require. 5. Oversee weekly cash management, Approve weekly payables, Execute check signing. 9. Oversee AR management and provide support to collections activities.
