I have done MBA in (Banking & Finance) from Pakistan. I have 4 Years experience as an Accountant in Media Production company in Pakistan, Now i am currently employed in Al Saif Factories Machine, Equipment & Spare Parts TR LLC in Sharjah as an Accountant. But i am looking for a job in Dubai.
My Experties are following
Preparing Costing of each machine and spare parts which company purchase from suppliers.
Handle & Prepare Petty Cash Statement.
Prepare Receipt Vouchers and also Post it in the Accounting Software.
Make Deposit Slips Against Payments Received from Customers.
Prepare Cheques Against Payments for Suppliers.
Prepare Sales Invoices Against Different Customers.
General Ledger reconciliations
Preparing sales invoices & the upkeep of an accurate accounts filing
system.
Prepare Asset, Liability and Capital account entries by compiling and
analyzing account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information;
preparing Balance Sheet, Profit and loss Statement, and other reports.
Reconciliation and processing of accounts payable
Reconciliation and entry of bank statements
Maintain Record of all Internal Bills and Cliental Bills (Job Order wise
and Clients wise).
Maintain Record of all Vendor Bills (Vendor Name wise)
Prepare and Post Bank Payment & Bank Receiving Vouchers.
Prepare and Post Cash Payment & Cash Receiving Vouchers.
Maintain Petty Cash Statement on monthly basis.
Supervising junior financial staff.
Proactively identifying business improvement opportunities.
Take decision for make payments to Suppliers.
Ensuring that information is accurately collated & entered into system.
