• Experience in the areas of Administration, Sales accounting, Logistics co-ordination and MIS. Providing secretarial services for the Department Head and performing all correspondence and documentation on behalf of the Department.
• Excellent team player with leadership qualities.

Accounts:
• Responsible for accounting and commercial functions for the business unit.
• Cash and Bank Transactions.
• Payables and Receivables Management.
• Debtors and Creditors reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliation.

Administration & Secretarial Management
• Handling Office Administration, Payroll, Overtime management and recruitments related jobs.
• Handling Secretarial services of the Department Head.
• Maintain discipline and good time keeping of the department employees.
Procurement
• Monitoring purchase indent, purchase orders from respective departments.
• Handling Local Purchase activities of the company.
• Monitoring on delivery schedules, payment terms etc.
• Procurement of Office Requirements of the Business Unit.
