Responsible for overall Accounts
Preparation of Final Accounts such as Trail balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet
Accounts Receivable, customers / debtors relation, Account Payable
Bank Relations
Fixed Assets, Cost / Inventory Control
Verification of Payroll
Controls of all balance sheet accounts by preparation of monthly account reconciliations and actions accordingly
Co-ordinates external audits
Reporting to Finance Manager
Take care of company monthly utilities billing such as DEWA, du, Etisalat, Postages
To look after daily Collection and maintain Collection accounts on daily basis
Assist external auditor to conduct audit for half yearly & yearly of the accounts department
Take care of all kind of stocks such as Raw Material, Packing & chemical Material, Finished Goods,
Preparation of staff salaries, over time, leave salary , Gratuity & transferring to W.P.S
B.Com and Masters in Business Studies Finance, UAE Exp with D.L
