Qualifications:

To maintain current HORECA and Distribution sales channel in foodservice business development along with additional route to market with local and international Quick Service Restaurant to support the growth of the department which is mainly looking at off airline sales. This includes working closely with internal stakeholders (culinary, procurement, finance) to provide correct market knowledge in providing the right solutions to the external foodservice stakeholders (HORECA, Distributors, local and international QSRs).

The jobholder will project manage/lead key initiatives and alliances including:

Development of market intelligence and analysis of the competitive landscape
Market research into current new trends in the foodservice channel to increase the product mix with external operators.
Finding correct foodservice distribution partners in the UAE to enhance and grow the business through distribution sales.

Key Result Areas:

Plan and recommend business development and marketing strategies to achieve maximum customer and market penetration consistent with Food Point’s financial objectives and to drive tactical and strategic growth.
Seek out and source new revenue opportunities in local, regional and export markets by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for meeting sales and business development objectives.
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
Develop innovative sales plans, prepare sales forecasts and budgets and implement multi-year business development strategy.
Manage the day-to-day sales activities of account management and customer care team to achieve Food Point’s sales targets through profitable business relationships
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the company Occupational Health and Safety system and protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Manage the Business Development team with highest level of performance management with a goal oriented approach to achieve assigned targets by maintain and developing current customer base and growing the channel through recruitment of relevant operators.
Provide ongoing support to clients by communicating and conducting visits to ensure all issues are actioned and business relationships are maintained
Develop negotiating strategies and negotiate terms of sales / agreements with existing and new clients that will maximize the organization’s business interests and service excellence. Evaluate success rates and business development.
Manage sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, invoicing to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched and accurately invoiced and on time.
Resolve revenue collection issues to ensure cash flow of Food Point is maintained
Manage CRM database and use market insights on the pipeline, open quotes, new opportunities, recent activities and lost sale strategically to deliver business value.

Knowledge, Skills &amp; Minimum Experience:

Education Qualification:

Bachelors in Business or Marketing with 7 years of relevant experience. Prior Experience in FMCG industry preferred.

Work Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG foodservice industry.

Local market experience and knowledge in foodservice with a good network of operators and contacts in the HORECA and distribution channel to help grow the number of dealing customers.

Skills:

A strong track record of commercial experience with evidence of developed skills including category management, price negotiation and retailer brand management
Proficient with numbers and financial analysis and proven ability to meet budget targets
Proven ability to develop rapport with multi-national clients
Strong experience in costing, customer influence, and management with a proven record in delivering creative food solutions.
Must have exposure to senior executives and a demonstrated ability to address complaints.

. JOB SUMMARY

Business Development Manager- Restaurants &amp; Catering key main responsibility is to manage the total sales &amp; marketing efforts all alkhoory restaurant &amp; Catering sales in order to generate pro-actively revenue. Executes the sector business plan and strategic projects.
Devise strategy marketing plans in liaison with marketing manager &amp; senior leadership team, effective implementation with all stakeholders of the same and close monitoring of each and every marketing activity with F&amp;B operations team would be the key responsibility of the role.
Assist our wider commercial team with ad-hoc strategic initiatives like field pitch days, restaurant marketing rollouts, and cross-functional projects.
Take control over your own pipeline and use your organizational skills to manage your portfolio of leads and ensure strong conversion rates.
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Generate new business leads for Al khoory Hotels Restaurants &amp; Catering Department
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management; develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll.
Drive Restaurant &amp; catering sales within Al khoory Hotels to maximize budgeted revenue.
Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team.
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
Able to meet financial targets.
Ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Ability to locate new clients through word of mouth, cold calling business groups.
Build and develop strategy to meet and exceed sales revenue objectives.

Airswift is seeking applicants for the role of Business Development Consultant to join the Global Mobility &amp; Employment team in Dubai.

The Business Development Consultant will take responsibility for the development of all new business through client and candidate sales. They will drive new business initiatives and will follow the VFE sales process with the proper discovery of new opportunities. Liaise management, tech, data, and nutrition team as and when required based on market feedback and intel.
Time Management, Organization, Communication, Presentation &amp; Interpersonal skills are a must
Candidate must have a growth mindset and be a problem-solver

Preferences &amp; Requirements-

Fluent in English. Arabic is a huge plus.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred
Minimum 3 years of work experience required
Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma required
Background in Sales / BD, SaaS sales, Food Tech, F&amp;B, or HORECA is preferred.
High-level Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required
Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, preferred

Roles and Responsibilities -

Business Development Executive are responsible for developing, generating, and growing new B2B clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company growth in B2B Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets The position demands an entrepreneurial-minded individual with high energy and strong motivation to sell.

A strong candidate will have excellent sales and closing skills.
Strong new business development skills.

Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients by direct office visits, on zoom calls or telephonic calls to close the deal.
Responsibilities:

- Prospect new business and generate new B2B partners.

- Create effective and persuasive proposals.

- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual online B2B quotas.

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

- Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and close sales.

- Upselling of solutions in large accounts and thus maximizing revenue.

- Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office Applications.

● Developing partnerships with media and Affiliates

● Maintaining the existing KOLs relationship and performance

● Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

● Expanding Bybit’s client base and building long-term relationships with new and existing customers

● Researching emerging Blockchain trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.

● Enhancing and building Bybit’'s reputation and business in overseas corporations

● Understand the domestic and foreign demands to identify profitable business opportunities

● Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams

● Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to Bybit’s clients/ users

We are looking for candidates:

● Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain

● Has a global client base

● Strong background in Business Development or Sales, working with Affiliates is highly preferable

Business Development Executive Requirements:

Bachelor or master’s degree in Sales &amp; BD, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
Over three years of Sales &amp; BD experience in the GCC Region.
Previous experience in an IT software security solution company.
Should have a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos in the target geographies
Should be a passionate hunter motivated to close big ticket deals by managing a complex sales process that requires mapping all stakeholders
Should be willing to travel to the target geographies in GCC Region
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
