Job Purpose 
Function as support for the Diesel office at the front desk. This position is a combination of customer interaction and basic paperwork administration under the direction of the Company . 
 
Duties and Responsibilities : 
Exercise excellent customer service while interacting with customers both over the phone and in person .

 
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 
Basic clerical and administrative skills. 
Excellent customer service skills with professional and courteous phone etiquette. 

Working knowledge of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Word required; knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.  
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
