Position Title: Teachers Development Specialist / School Leadership Specialist

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description:

Assist with the development of Professional Development policies, processes, and procedures in coordination with the Operational Policies & Governance section and the Organizational Excellence section in line with leading practices and relevant regulations
Contribute to the development of professional development standards and frameworks to ensure the delivery of impactful and high-quality development programs for Teachers / School Leaders across institutions in line with the Ministry of Education’s policies

Identify mandatory development needs for Teachers / School Leaders across institutions based on changes in curriculum, individual and school evaluations, in coordination with Education Sectors as well as the Planning & Improvement and Learning Delivery departments
Work closely with Education Sectors to identify specific development needs and develop the annual professional development plan for Teachers / School Leaders across institutions
Conduct research and analysis to identify and suggest potential partnerships with local and international universities and other government or private entities to further facilitate and improve the professional development of Teachers / School Leaders

Qualifications:

Open to Arabic nationality
50 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Education or any relevant field
At least 6 years of experience in the same role
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
