Business Development Specialist Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist, with the responsibility of leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
Carry out the necessary market research on emerging markets, potential clients, and competitors, and develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients whenever required.
Identify new business opportunities, responsible for the Generation and conversation of new sales leads.
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Promote the business at networking and industry events, highlighting the company’s services to new and existing clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business development
3+ years' of prior blockchain / crypto industry related business development experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid grasp of what value digital assets bring to projects, how digital assets business models work, how startups raise funds through token sales, the latest key industry trends, etc.
More than 2 languages is a plus (English 100%, Spanish, German etc)
Blockchain or Fintech Knowledge preferable
Experience as a speaker on stage
