Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting plus ACCA/CA (Inter)
Industry/Experience: Real Estate and Construction experience 2 years in U.A.E.
Skills Required: IFRSs, VAT, Computer proficiency, Experience with ERP systems
Job responsibilities:
Maintaining proper records for the various projects.
Maintaining proper investment properties register and ROI.
Maintaining proper register for project related expenditures.
Keeping track records for the various payments to the various projects.
Ensuring all the approval & documentation for the project payments.
Assisting seniors for their project payment related queries.
Checking and verification of invoices.
Tenancy Transactions - ensure invoices are raised / posted accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintaining track records of rental details Tenant/Property/Unit wise.
Maintaining comparative records for the rent.
Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Preparation of monthly intercompany reconciliations.
Reporting outstanding debtors and following up of receipts with the sales.
Maintaining proper records for the Building Maintenance AMCs.
Expenses allocation of AMCs Property/Unit Wise.
Keep track of VAT related matters
Assisting Finance Manager in preparing Finalization of books.
