Tally, Peachtree Accounting, QuickBooks Hansaworld by ERP, SAP and advance Excel. Work Experience :
• Preparation of Income statement on monthly, quaterly and yearly basis.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for financial decision making.
• Assist in making balance sheet, cashflow and notes to the Accounts.
. Cost reduction policies and reporting on cost evaluation to senior management.
• Examining all types of vouchers i.e. bank/cash payment vouchers, bank/cash receipt voucher etc.
• Maintain, examine and analyze all accounting records and other financial reports to assess accuracy and to minimize occurrence of variances.
• Keeping an eye on book-keeping and all receivable balances.
• Manage day to day cashflow needs of the company and petty cash balance.
• Regularly manage the payables by ensuring vendor’s payment on time.
• Vendors reconciliation, viewing ageing reports and timely closing of monthly account payable and receivable.
. Cash flow projections, sales projections and increase profitability.
• Calculating commission for agents and payment on time.
• Checking the payroll data, processing of weekly and monthly payroll sheets and payments.
. Bank reconciliation on monthly basis and update the cash register or journal.
. Making Budget for planing purpose and campare it with actual results .
